Shipping ::
Our primary method of shipping is UPS. Orders under $ 50.00 have a Low-Order-Fee of $ 2.50.
There are additional fees for oversize shipments, international shipments, as well as shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please inquire for charges prior to placing your order to shipping@wyomingmoosecreek.com, or call during store hours.
All information relating to additional Shipping Charges must be provided in an email for hard copy purposes.
Phone information is not accepted.
Back Orders ::
The unique nature of our system limits the likelihood that your desired products will be back ordered. You will be notified by email if your order can not ship within one week.
Returning Merchandise ::
When you receive your order, our shipping contact information will be included with the paperwork. Please keep this information should you need to arrange for returns or exchanges. Read the return instructions thoroughly for faster processing. Please keep any emails you receive regarding your order.
Your order must be returned to Moose Creek Art & Furniture to receive full product credit. Your shipping costs will not be refunded. Please contact us if you need assistance with a return.
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 10 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
Defective Returns ::
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Please return defective merchandise directly to us for replacement. Please contact us if you need help with a defective return.
Damaged Returns ::
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you find shipping damage after you have already accepted delivery, please call the merchant shipper immediately. The contact information for the merchant shipper will be stated on the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork. Do not throw anything away. If you attempt to return the merchandise prior to receiving a return authorization, you will jeopardize chances of making a claim and may not receive credit for the return. All notifications of damaged goods must be received within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
